“The show opened with a red lace detailing and black leather dress, which started out a number of gowns with similar silhouettes. The red and black were present during the entire show, which only a few deviations of plum, gold, and silver.
Aside from the colors, lace, leather, and sequins were on almost every single gown. Whether each design was present by itself or paired together, Lhuillier made each gown spectacularly work.
Furthermore, the ready-to-wear collection was bold but minimalist at the same time. Lhuillier aesthetically combined daring cut-outs and conservative structures in her designs.”
